MIiwmoU SS323«M««kipoI Offics <br />On the North Shore of Lake Minnetonka <br />January 20, 1988 <br />Dan Vaughan <br />1265 Shoreline Drive <br />Wayzata, HH 55391 <br />Todd 6 Marie Ziesner <br />10890 South Shore Drive <br />Plymouth, MN 55441 <br />RBt 3440 Bayslde Road - Hazardous Building Action <br />Dear Property Owners, <br />I conducted an inspection at the above subject property which <br />revealed that the structure (single family dwelling) on the <br />property has been left in a hazardous condition. <br />On August 4, 1986, Richard Hoium (former owner) you applied and <br />received a demolition permit for the removal of the second floor. <br />At that time he was wor)cing on plans to reconstruct the building. <br />I had heard nothing about correcting the problem until I posted <br />the structure as dangerous. <br />At this time I recieved a call from (Todd Ziesmer) you. During <br />our conversation, you explained to me that you intended to remove <br />the structure right away. I then received a call that you could <br />not afford to complete the wor)c. <br />After reviewing the matter, the City has no alternative but to <br />initiate hazardous building action to remove the structure. <br />The City will also per your request investigate the possibility <br />of removil by consent. <br />This matter will be reviewed by the City Council at the January <br />25, 1988 Council meeting and acted on if they feel it is <br />appropriate.
