Nutt <br />Mr. Nutt has owned four tracts (Tracts P & Q - 2 land tracts, and <br />Tracts O «■ R - 2 riparian tracts) since the late 50's. Review Exhibits D & <br />E. He purchased tliem from the developer and original owner of the area <br />even before the covenants that governed the use of these tracts expired in <br />January of 1965. Exhibit I will confirm that the Orono City Council was <br />made aware of their sale and use by non-adjacent land owners back in 1958. <br />Nutt is in the process of selling Tracts Q & R to another non-adjacent <br />resident. He has agreed to file an application for the new owner.
