<br />feet of said Northwest quarter; thence South along said last-mentioned West line to a point 900 feet North from
<br />the South line of said Northwest quarter; thence East, parallel to said South line, to the East line of said North-
<br />west quarter; thence South along said East line to the point of beginning, except the South 900 feet of the East
<br />700 f6et thereof, according to the Government Survey thereof,
<br />have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as ABINGDON GLEN , and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public
<br />for public use forever the drainage and utility easements and the drive is shown on this plat.
