� - �- .3 y�� �j,,���� ��- <br /> � <br /> � � <br /> � � <br /> ��' CITY of ORONO <br /> ,� �a� ' `� �► <br /> � ti RESOWTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �� .�j� NO. 3171 <br /> �kESII�� <br /> A RESOI,DTION D$TERI�LZNING THAT SANITARY SEWER SERVICE <br /> WII,L NOT BE PROVIDED TO CERTAIN VACANT PROPERTIES LOCATED <br /> BETWEEN SAYSIDB ROAD AND STIIBBS BAY <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Stubbs Bay Sewer Project was initiated by <br /> the City to solve existing on-site sewage treatment problems in <br /> the Stubbs Bay area; and <br /> WHEREAS, within the Stubbs Bay area are contained a <br /> � number of vacant lots and parcels lying between Bayside Road and <br /> Stubbs Bay, said parcels providing lake access to properties on <br /> the inland side of Bayside Road; and <br /> WHEREAS, said properties are substandard in area and <br /> depth so as to be considered non-buildable lots; and <br /> WHER$AS, said lots will not benefit from the Stubbs Bay <br /> Sewer Project because the City would not allow any use of said <br /> lots which would require connection to the municipal sewer. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following <br /> parcels listed by PINS numbers will not be provided with sanitary <br /> sewer service as part of the Stubbs Bay Sewer Project, and will <br /> not be assessed for that project: <br /> 05-117-23 23 0035 05-117-23 24 0112 <br /> 05-117-23 24 0023 OS-117-23 24 0115 <br /> 05-117-23 24 0039 05-117-23 24 0116 <br /> 05-117-23 24 0069 05-117-23 24 0117 <br /> 05-117-23 24 0070 05-117-23 24 0118 , <br /> 05-117-23 24 0082 05-117-23 13 0045� <br /> 05-117-23 24 0083 OS-117-23 13 0047 <br /> 05-117-23 24 0084 05-117-23 13 0048 <br /> 05-117-23 24 0105 <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
