Development, Long Lake <br /> yell: <br /> ninerninnehahacreek.org Dear Frank: <br /> bSite: During a routine inspection by the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) <br /> w.mtnnehehecreek.org staff at the above mentioned location, the following violations of permit application <br /> #01-366 were observed and recorded on July 26, 2002: <br /> • Unapproved use of a non-gravel construction enterance contributing to <br /> excessive sediment deposition and collection on Brown Rd. <br /> 3rd of Managers • Lack of storm drain BMP's in association with new Bituminous surfaces on site <br /> nela e'Bll>n Based on reasonable concerns expressed by Dan Saiko, Project Manager, the <br /> las Calruns MCWD has agreed to allow the temporary use of the construction entrance without <br /> ,oe Fisher adding a gravel pad, shown in green and labeled 'area of concern' on the attached <br /> site map, based on the following agreed conditions: <br /> 1k2 Gross <br /> ThO1'as • Use of entrance on an as needed basis until conditions allow for access to rear <br /> We Met of building around the West side. At this point, use of temporary construction <br /> Schroeder entrance will be completely dosed off by silt fence and no longer will considered <br /> an acceptable entrance by the MCWD. <br /> • Daily scrape of sediment off sidewalk and street by means of bobcat or any <br /> necessary action required to remove sediment. <br /> Please note that entrance is considered temporary and access will be allowed on <br /> the conditional basis. Conditions of use will change if MCWD feels that these <br /> terms are not being met.
