Due to the periodically saturated <br />soils, a pressurized mound system with 6 inches of rock will need to be installed to treat the septic effluent. <br />The bottom of the treatment area must be located at least 3- above the saturated soils. This system is <br />designed with 6 inches of rock. <br />All property lines are as per the survey. <br />The existing septic system does not conform to the state code chapter 7080 <br />All neighboring wells are greater than 100' from proposed treatment areas. <br />The soils at a depth of 12" have a percolation rate averaging 9 MPI. <br />Use 7!32 inch perforations on the laterals. <br />The existing septic tanks and lift station may be used. <br />Clean outs must be installed on the end of the laterals for maintenance. <br />Nothing other than gray water, (laundry showers etc) Human water and toilet tissue should be <br />disposed of into the septic tanks Garbage disnosals are not recommended Additives must not be <br />used, they may cause harmful damage to your septic system It is recommended that you Dump the <br />tank every two years for two septic tanks <br />Sincerely. <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />SEPTIC PER LAN R <br />Joseph J.
