SUBORDINATION of EASEMENTS <br /> Legal description of subject property: <br /> Parcel 1: That part of Lot I lying West of a line drawn parallel with and 395 feet East of, <br /> measured at right angles to, the East line of the West 1/2 of the Southwest Quarter of Section <br /> 26, Township 118, Range 23 and the same extended, and lying North of the North line of Lot <br /> 2 and its Easterly extension; that part of Lot 2 lying North of the Easterly extension of the <br /> Northerly line of Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. 1379; all in "Auditor's Subdivision Number <br /> 291, Hennepin County, Minnesota", according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the <br /> office of the Registrar of Titles in and for said County. <br /> Parcel 2: That part of Government Lot I, Section 26, Township 118, Range 23 described as <br /> follows: <br /> Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 2, "Auditor's Subdivision Number 291, <br /> Hennepin County, Minnesota", thence West along the extension of the North line of <br /> said Lot 2 and along the South line of Lot 1, said Auditor's Subdivision, to the most <br /> Westerly line of Lot 1, said Auditor's Subdivision; thence South along the extension of <br /> the most Westerly line of Lot 1, said Auditor's Subdivision, to the South line of said <br /> Section 26; thence East along the South line of said Section 26 to its intersection with <br /> the West line of Lot 2, said Auditor's Subdivision;thence North to the point of <br /> beginning; except that portion thereof embraced in Registered Land Survey Nos. 934 <br /> and 1379; and except the West 50 feet of that part of above-described Government Lot <br /> 1 lying North of the North line of Registered Land Survey No. 934; and except that part <br /> of Government Lot 1 lying Southerly of the Easterly extension of the Northerly line of <br /> Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. 1379. <br /> Certificate of Title No. 601905 <br /> Also: That part of Government Lot 1, Section 26, Township 118, Range 23, described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the intersection of the Westerly extension of the North line of Lot 2, "Auditor's <br /> Subdivision No. 291, Hennepin County, Minnesota," with the East line of Johnston's <br /> Rearrangement of Albee's Long Lake Addition; thence North along said East line and along the <br /> East line of"Albee's Long Lake Addition" and its extension to the Southerly line of Douglas <br /> Estates; thence Easterly along said Southerly line to the Northerly extension of the most <br /> Westerly line of Lot 1, "Auditor's Subdivision Number 291, Hennepin County, Minnesota"; <br /> thence South along the last described extension and along the most Westerly line of said Lot 1 <br /> to the Westerly extension of the North line of Lot 2, in said "Auditor's Subdivision Number 291, <br /> Hennepin County, Minnesota"; thence Westerly to the point of beginning, according to the <br /> Government Survey thereof. <br /> Certificate of Title No. 608676 <br />
