I have <br /> done some hardcover calculations and the revised estimated structural coverage would be <br /> 2330 sf, based on adding the whole deck and patio to the previously proposed total. <br /> I also checked the site measurements and determined that the East edge of the new deck <br /> would b� approx 54' from the edge of the alley where a 50' setback is required. <br /> I also includ�d the revised plan as well as the original plan. Based on the original deck being. <br /> part of the plans of the current �pen permit, and the hardcover and setback issues being within <br /> allowable ranges, would I be able to proceed after City of Orono review without applying far a <br /> new permit? <br /> I'm don't know why I didn't catch the deck not being on fihe survey, where is shows to be <br /> removed.
