It will <br /> probably be necessary to put the house on a foot or two of fill and lower the grade on <br /> part of the lot to compensate for this fill. <br /> Setbacks: Street — 30' or 75' from lake, whichever is farther from lake; Side 10'; Lake <br /> 75' or line drawn between houses on either side of lot, whichever is father from lake. <br /> Hardcover: No hardcover allowed on portion of lot within 75' of lake (both sides), 25% <br /> for remaining portion of lot. <br /> Building lot coverage: 15% of lot or 1,500 square feet, whichever is larger. <br /> Maximum building height: 2 '/z stories and 30 feet. <br /> THIS IS ONLY A PARTIAL SUMMARY OF APPLICABLE REGULATIONS.
