MINUTES OF THE <br /> ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> Monday,January 11,2021 <br /> 6:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> The Orono City Council met on the above-mentioned date with the following members present:Mayor <br /> Dennis Walsh,City Council Members Richard Crosby,III,Matt Johnson,Aaron Printup and Victoria <br /> Seals. Representing Staff were City Attorney Shana Conklin,and Finance Director Ron Olson. <br /> Mayor Walsh called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m., followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> 1. OATH OF OFFICE <br /> • Mayor Dennis Walsh <br /> Printup led Dennis Walsh in the Mayoral Oath of Office: <br /> I, Dennis Walsh do solemnly swear that I will support the Constitution of the United States and <br /> the Constitution of the State of Minnesota, and that I will faithfully discharge the duties of the <br /> Office of Mayor of the City of Orono in the County of Hennepin, the State of Minnesota, to the <br /> best of my judgment and ability. <br /> • Council Member Victoria Seals <br /> Mayor Walsh led Victoria Seals in the Orono City Council Oath of Office: <br /> I, Victoria Seals do solemnly swear that I will support the Constitution of the United States and <br /> the Constitution of the State of Minnesota, and that I will faithfully discharge the duties of the <br /> Office of City Council Member of the City of Orono in the County of Hennepin, the State of <br /> Minnesota, to the best of my judgment and ability. <br /> • Council Member Richard F.
