Crosby II, Victoria Seals, and <br /> Matt Johnson. Staff members present were Interim City Administrator/Finance Director Ron <br /> Olson, Community Development Director Jeremy Barnhart, and City Clerk Anna Carlson. <br /> 1. City Administrator Update <br /> Council Member Victoria Seals gave a brief update on the City Administrator search. The <br /> City has received 31 applications for the position. The Organizational Committee will <br /> complete the experience and qualification ratings to develop the pool of candidates to share <br /> with the Council. The Clerk will be reaching out to the Council to set a date to discuss and <br /> develop the list of finalists later in the week. <br /> 2. Mayor Walsh noted that Scott Qualle from MNSpect is here to introduce himself since his <br /> item to approve their services was on Consent, Scott wanted to meet and introduce himself to <br /> the council prior. <br /> There was discussion about processes, expectations, and communications for Building <br /> Official Services.
