f4Ok\ <br /> O 0 <br /> to: CITY of ORONO <br /> A . ,,,fiT, 44 <br /> is, Ji .Z4,1'l �� tM �Gti RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ` /CES1101* NO. 4 3 3 4 --A <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE <br /> PLAT OF CRYSTAL BAY PRESERVE <br /> FILE NO. 2518 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision <br /> regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision of an <br /> eight(8)lot residential development by George W. Stickney on behalf of Mid-US Properties Limited <br /> Partnership (hereinafter "the subdivider"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivision has been found to meet all standards of the RR-1B. <br /> Single Family Rural Residential Zoning District finding that each lot is of a size and configuration <br /> that would allow its use for a single family residence to be fully developed; and <br /> WHEREAS,the subdivider has completed or has agreed to complete all requirements <br /> of the platting regulations of the City, including: <br /> 1. Completion of all the requirements of Resolution No. 4314, the resolution granting <br /> preliminary approval of the Class III subdivision. <br /> 2. Dedication on the plat of standard perimeter drainage and utility easements. <br /> 3. A variance is granted for width of Lots 3, 4 and 5 which do not meet the 200' width <br /> requirement for the RR-1B zoning district, and a variance to allow filling a small <br /> amount of wetland on property owned by the DNR to raise the Luce Line Trail. <br /> 4. Designation and dedication of drainage easements over the stormwater pond and <br /> designated wetlands within the plat. <br /> Page 1 of 4 <br />
