Although the City Staff appreciates the mowing <br /> completed on your property, the entire yard must be mowed. Your property remains in violation <br /> of City Code Section 58-1(b). Attached is a copy of a survey for your property dated <br /> October 21, 1975 showing the property boundary along with an aerial photo from Hennepin <br /> County's website. <br /> This letter will serve as your notice that the property must be brought into compliance <br /> before Monday, October 7, 2013 in order to avoid legal action by the City. In order to bring <br /> the property into compliance the entire lawn must be mowed to six (6) inches in length. <br /> Please be advised, if you fail to correct the violation prior to the deadline, the City will correct the <br /> violation and the costs to do so will be assessed against the property [Cite: City Code 58-1(c)]. <br /> Those costs will be certified to the County Auditor and will be collected in the same manner as <br /> special assessments against the property. <br /> I have attached the pertinent City Codes for your reference.
