<br /> In the process of closing out completed building permit files, I noted we have not received an
<br /> as-built survey for the sport court and deck stair projects.
<br /> We continue to hold $2,500 pertaining to the projects. Please have an as-built survey prepared
<br /> by a registered land surveyor and submitted to us for our review. Your escrow will be refunded
<br /> once our engineer determines the property conforms to the approved permit and grading plans.
