Wolf and Myrna T. Wolf (hereinafter "the <br /> subdividers"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivision has been found to meet all standards of the RR-1B <br /> one family rural residential zoning district; and . <br /> WHEREAS, on September 8, 1997 the City Council adopted Resolution #3955 <br /> granting preliminary plat approval subject to meeting the following requirements for final plat <br /> approval: <br /> Plat: <br /> 1. Lot lines have been platted per preliminary survey by Mark S. Gronberg dated <br /> December 23, 1996 as revised on December 8, 1997. <br /> 2. Drainage and utility easements have been dedicated 10' along all exterior lot lines <br /> and 5' wide along interior lot lines. <br /> 3.
