Morgan <br /> 95 Willow Drive N <br /> Long Lake, MN 55356 <br /> RE: ILLEGAL RENTAL USE AT 95 WILLOW DRIVE N <br /> Dear Mr. Morgan: <br /> It has come to the City's attention that an illegal rental use exists at the property located <br /> at 95 Willow Drive N. This property is zoned R — 1B, One-Family Residential District. <br /> The permitted uses for properties located within the R— 1B zoning district are as follows: <br /> Sec. 78-252. Permitted uses. Within the R-IB one family residential district, no land or structures <br /> shall be used except for one or more of the following uses: <br /> (1) One family detached dwellings. <br /> (2) Publicly owned parks and plcrygrounds. <br /> (3) Municipal buildings. <br /> (Code 1984, §§10.20(2), 10.21(2)) <br /> State Law References:State mandated permitted uses, Minn. Stat. §462.357, subd. 7. <br /> Therefore, any rental use is illegal and not permitted under any circumstance. By June 1, <br /> 2004 the rental use must cease and the property shall return to its one-family status, as <br /> permitted by Section 78-252 as shown above. The City will perform an inspection on <br /> June 2, 2004 to verify compliance with the Zoning Ordinance.
