As we discussed the 10 foot structure to structure setback is not a building code <br /> requirement it's a City of Orono requirement, reference City Code Section 78-1438. <br /> Plumbing in an Accessory Structure. A toilet and sink are allowed within the accessory structure with a <br /> building/plumbing permit. If a tub or shower is desired, it will require a Conditional Use Permit (CUP). The <br /> CUP process takes about 2 '/ months and requires a public hearing at a planning commission meeting and <br /> council approval. Reference City Code Section 78-1437. <br /> Curb Cuts.
