The site plan and hardcover <br /> calculations you provided to me on November 20, 2001 did not indicate several items that are <br /> hardcover on the property. The final hardcover for the 75-250'setback can not exceed 25%. Based <br /> on the site plan you have submitted,I believe the hardcover on the property exceeds what is allowed <br /> by ordinance. I have made a list of items that should be reflected on the final site plan prior to <br /> issuance of the C.O. <br /> 1. There are three boulder retaining walls that are located on the west side of the house around <br /> the sidewalk leading to the primary entrance. <br /> 2. There is a fourth retaining wall located off the south end of the house. <br /> 3. The driveway as depicted on the final site plan may actually be larger than is shown on the <br /> plan. <br /> 4. The stairway leading from the deck is not reflected on the site plan or in the hardcover <br /> calculations. <br /> 5. The stairway off the south entrance to the house is not reflected on the site plan and is not <br /> included in the hardcover calculations. <br /> 6.
