<br /> We have reviewed the site plan(revised 3-13-02)for the proposed home at 1074 Wildhurst Trail.We
<br /> have the following comments with regards to engineering matters:
<br /> • The proposed home is located outside the proposed sanitary sewer easement. The home
<br /> location and the proposed 20-foot wide sewer easement appear acceptable. No grading
<br /> activity or heavy equipment should.be allowed within the sanitary sewer easement.Silt fence
<br /> should be placed along the north boundary of the sanitary sewer easement prior to any
<br /> grading or construction activities to prevent encroachment into the easement area.
<br /> • All silt fence should be installed prior to any clearing. filling or grading activity. Silt fence
<br /> shall be maintained to be effective throughout the project. Silt fence should remain in place
<br /> until vegetation has been established.
<br /> • The proposed wetland fill and mitigation plan should be submitted to the Minnehaha Creek
<br /> Watershed District(MCWD) for review and approval.
