This attached survey shows <br /> encroachment of a gravel driveway onto the City's property. It appears that you have been <br /> utilizing this encroaching gravel area as part of your driveway. The City is requesting that you <br /> immediately cease using this City owned property for any purpose. The City reserves the right <br /> to remove any encroachments or take any other necessary measures to prevent unauthorized use <br /> of City property. <br /> Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
