As of this date, a permit application has <br /> not been received. <br /> This letter is to inform you that a building permit is required for <br /> deck construction or reconstruction and that a permit application, <br /> building plans, completed hardcover calculations and a survey showing <br /> the deck location must be submitted before August 31, 1992. If this <br /> deadline is not met, the City may issue citations.
