Therefore, <br /> the City must require you to submit a survey or remove the <br /> structure before 2-13-92. If this deadline is not met the City <br /> will issue citations and refer the matter to the City Attorney <br /> for further legal action. <br /> It should be noted that the garage appears to be located <br /> closer to the road then the house. Municipal Code Section 10.03, <br /> Subdivision D, states "Location. No detached garages or other <br /> accessory building shall be located nearer the front or street <br /> lot line than the principal building on that lot."
