We are unable to complete this review until <br /> the following items are provided: <br /> 1. Per policy established by City Council Resolution, three original copies of a <br /> survey/grading plan that complies with the enclosed standard. It should also <br /> indicate the amount of earth movement that will be associated with the project. <br /> Note that the setback from the southeasterly property line is 50 feet for the <br /> addition and the deck. <br /> 2. Hardcover calculations, since the property is within 1,000 feet of Lake <br /> Minnetonka (as measured from the 929.4 contour east of Brown Road). <br /> Enclosed are an information sheet and the form for the calculations. The <br /> property is within the 500 to 1,000 foot zone. <br /> Please resubmit your application with three copies of the survey/grading plan, two <br /> copies of the building plan and one copy of the hardcover calculations. <br /> If you have any questions feel free to contact me. <br />
