The sign in sheet is in the <br />lobby. Memos regarding each of the Agenda items are available in the Public Packet — located in the lobby near <br />the sign in sheet. <br />Applicants will be asked to move to the lectern to answer questions after staff presents the application. <br />The Planning Commission is an advisory body to the City Council. If action is taken on any items on this agenda, <br />they will be scheduled for an upcoming City Council meeting. A quorum of the City Council may be in attendance <br />of a Planning Commission meeting to hear comments made, though no action or deliberation of the Council will <br />occur. <br />New Business <br />1.
