The subject property is located within Orono's B-1, Retail Sales <br /> Business district. City Zoning Code Section 78-643 lists the permitted uses. The B-1 District code is <br /> attached for your reference. <br /> The City has information on this property dating back to 1972 which includes numerous building permits <br /> and land use permits for various uses and improvements. The file is available for review by the public <br /> during our business hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. <br /> As the site exists today it appears that the property complies with all zoning requirements and there are <br /> no known violations.
