ORONO PARR COMMISSION, NOVEMBER 3, 1986 <br /> ATTENDANCE <br /> Terry Morse, Les Ke11ey, Phil Bradley, Virginia <br /> Sweatt and John Gerhardson from the Orono City <br /> staff. The following were absent: Lee Erger, <br /> Robert Kost, Mariann Kienzler and Barb Peterson. <br /> City Administrator, Mark Bernhardson, did not <br /> attend this meeting but wi11 be invited to attend <br /> the next Park Commission meeting to be held on <br /> December 1, 1986. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> Minutes from the October 1986 Park Commission <br /> meeting were accepted after noting the hand written <br /> changes by John Gerhardson. <br /> PARR & RECREATION MAPS <br /> J. Gerrhardson provided members with Orono's Park <br /> and Recreation map. The map was reviewed and <br /> members identified corrections and changes needed <br /> before next printing of maps. <br /> COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br /> The copies of the Comprehensive Plan have been <br /> obtained by J. Gerhardson, but have not yet been <br /> .r bound. They should be available at the next Park <br /> Commission meeting. <br /> STUBBS BAY SCHOOL <br /> L. Kelley notified the Park Commission that he had <br /> heard the Stubbs Bay School would be relocated to <br /> Murphy's Landing. Kay Cram was contacted by L. <br /> Kelley during the meeting and this was confirmed. <br /> J. Gerhardson was to make contact with her again on <br /> November 4 to ask if the Park Commission could have <br /> two weeks to develop a plan to keep the building in <br /> Orono. T. Morse was to contact a school board <br /> member to identify the next school board scheduled <br /> meeting. <br /> P. Bradley contacted Kay Cram after the Park <br /> Commission meeting was adjourned and determined a <br /> commitment had been made for Murphy's Landing, and <br /> Orono was out of time. <br /> ADJODRNMENT <br /> All other items werre tabYed until the next Park <br /> Commission meeting. <br /> The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, December <br /> lst, 1986 at 7 :00 p.m. <br />
