Not Present: <br /> Watson and Massen�ale. <br /> The minutes of the March meeting were read MINUTES <br /> and approved. <br /> John Gerhardson reported to Tomlinson that SURVEY TO BE MAILED <br /> the comtnunity survey should be ready to be <br /> mailed by the en d of the week. A pre-stamped <br /> return envelope will be used to save on post- <br /> age costs. <br /> Tomlinson read a letter to the Park Commission BERGLUND LETTER <br /> from Toni Berg�.und sent to all the cities par- <br /> ticipating in the suirnner recreation program. <br /> • Berglund asked for our ideas on tho types of <br /> activities desired for our area. The park <br /> commission suggested the following list: <br /> 1 . Rotating Theme Programs <br /> 2. Nature Hike (ex. Bederwood Park) <br /> 3. Soccer <br /> 1�.. Or�anized ball <br /> 5. Badminton <br /> 6, volleyball <br /> 7. Calisthenics <br /> 8. Storytelling <br /> 9. Pet Parade <br /> 10. Bicycle rodeo <br /> Diann Goetten will send a note to Toni <br /> Bergland with our sug�estions and with <br /> questions asking the age group participa- <br /> ting. <br /> Tomlinson reported he is still unable to CAPTAIN LANGHOFF <br /> reAch Captain Langhoff of the 36th Engi- <br /> neering Battalion re�arding the grading <br /> at Bederwood Park. He hopes to contact <br /> Langhoff soon and report back to the Park <br /> Commission. <br />
