Mastny and Ogland will put together <br /> a preaentation on the analysis for the Decem- <br /> ber 10, 1973 Council meeting. <br /> Jarl moved and Opheim seconded that we table HOWELL'S PROPERTY <br /> a dacision until we get two more .professional <br /> appraisals oP the Hawell property. Motion, <br /> Ayes (?) - Nays (0) <br /> Jarl will sea that the appraisals are done. <br /> A 35� return was received on the Antoine Park ANTOINE PARK <br /> � sureey. Seventy surveys were sent out, 25 <br /> received. Opheim moved and Hallowell seconded <br /> that wooden posts be placed around the Antoine <br /> Park for the purpose of keeping out car$. Jarl ;� <br /> amended the motion, Hallowell seconded, to say ` <br /> "Parking will ba a1loWed on the wooden po�ted ; <br /> side only".
