Dorrel , Otto, White , r�rs < Lehman, <br /> and Mr. "�1ixa , Village Administrator. <br /> Dr . Panuska absent. <br /> Guests were V. Larson and C . Kneisl from <br /> Hackberry Hill . <br /> Mr. Feser counter offered $150 ,000 . ORONO G�LF COURS� <br /> Mr. Mixa will know more at next meet�n� <br /> since Council is going t� discuss propasition <br /> Monday, September 25 , 1967. <br /> Hackberry Hill needs SO-60 loads more of. HACKBFRRY HILL <br /> dirt. Thirty-six loads have alrear�y been <br /> hauled in. Orono will keep grass cut <br /> next year. <br /> An easement from F . L. Gleason will be <br /> necessary so that land can be graded nroperly. <br /> An indefinite lease is being requested <br /> from E. S. Kramer to give Villa�e first <br /> chance at property if he wishes to sell . <br /> The Kramer property will be ?eveled and <br /> seeded this fall . <br /> Lowry Woods , near Ski Tonka, consists cf. LOWRY tN00DS <br /> fourteen wooded acres . Nature Conservancy <br /> would like to se11 at $3, 000 �er acre . <br /> Mrs . Lehman spoke of the perservation of <br /> this woods . She feels that perhaps the <br /> land might go for real est�te purposes . <br /> She will investigate what the possibilities <br /> ef this area are . <br /> North Shore Community Council wa�ts $500 for NORTH SHCRE <br /> next year's budg�t .
