THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MINIMIZE THE EXPOSURE OF ALL PRODUCTS, MATERIALS, AND WASTES <br />DRIVEWAY ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF NORTH SHORE DRIVE IN ORONO, MINNESOTA. <br />C. <br />IF DOWN GRADIENT SEDIMENT CONTROLS ARE OVERLOADED, THE CONTRACTOR MUST INSTALL <br />FROM STORMWATER WHICH MAY BE A SOURCE OF CONTAMINATION TO STORMWATER OR ARE NOT <br />ADDITIONAL UPGRADIENT SEDIMENT CONTROL PRACTICES OR REDUNDANT BMPS TO ELIMINATE <br />DESIGNED TO BE EXPOSED TO STORMWATER. <br />THERE IS NO STORMWATER MANAGEMENT DESIGN REQUIRED BY THE CITY OF ORONO AND THE MINNEHAHA <br />OVERLOADING.
