<br />1. The orientation of this bearing system is based on the north line of Lot 181, TAYLOR'S SUBDIVISION OF
<br />SPRING PARK LOTS, which is assumed to have a bearing of North 85 degrees 46 minutes 31 seconds East.
<br />2. The area of the property determined to the Lake Minnetonka Ordinary High Water elevation of 929.4 feet
