<br />2. HAZARDOUS MATERIALS:
<br />A. OIL, GASOLINE, PAINT AND ANY HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES MUST BE PROPERLY STORED,
<br />INCLUDING SECONDARY CONTAINMENT, TO PREVENT SPILL, LEAKS, OR OTHER DISCHARGE.
<br />B. RESTRICTED ACCESS TO STORAGE AREAS MUST BE PROVIDED TO PREVENT VANDALISM,
<br />C CONCRETE WASH MUST BE LIMITED TO A DEFINED AREA OF THE SITE AND RUNOFF MUST
<br />MUST BE CONTAINED WITHIN THE DEFINED AREA,
<br />D. STORAGE OF HAZARDOUS WASTE MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH MPCA
<br />REGULATIONS.
<br />3. LIQUID WASTE:
<br />A. ALL NON STORMWATER DISCHARGES (CONCRETE TRUCK WASHOUT, VEHICLE
<br />WASHING, MAINTENANCE SPILLS, ETC. CONDUCTED DURING THE CONSTRUCTION
<br />ACTIVITY MUST COMPLY WITH THE NEWEST VERSION OF THE STATE NPDES PERMIT.
<br />4. SANITARY FACILITIES:
<br />A. ADEQUATE ON-SITE SANITARY FACILITIES SHALL BE PROVIDED IN CONVENIENT
<br />LOCATION(S) FOR ALL PERSONS WHO WORK ON THE SITE.
<br />5. TRACKING:
<br />A. EACH SITE SHALL HAVE GRAVELED ROADS, ACCESS DRIVES AND PARKING AREAS OF
<br />SUFFICIENT WIDTH AND LENGTH TO PREVENT SEDIMENT FROM BEING TRACKED ONTO
<br />PUBLIC OR PRIVATE ROADWAYS.
<br />B. ANY SEDIMENT REACHING A PUBLIC OR PRIVATE ROAD SHALL BE REMOVED BY STREET
<br />CLEANING BEFORE THE END OF EACH WORKDAY,
<br />S. DRAIN INLET PROTECTION:
<br />A. ALL STORM DRAIN INLETS SHALL BE PROTECTED DURING CONSTRUCTION WITH CONTROL
<br />MEASURES AS APPROVED BY THE CITY.
<br />B. THESE DEVICES SHALL REMAIN IN PLACE UNTIL FINAL STABILIZATION OF THE SITE.
<br />C. A REGULAR INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE PLAN SHALL BE DEVELOPED AND IMPLEMENTED
<br />TO ASSURE THESE DEVICES ARE OPERATIONAL AT ALL TIMES.
<br />7. EXTERNAL WASHING OF TRUCKS AND OTHER CONSTRUCTION VEHICLES MUST BE LIMITED TO A
<br />DEFINED AREA OF THE SITE. RUNOFF MUST BE CONTAINED AND WASTE PROPERLY DISPOSED
<br />OF. NO ENGINE DEGREASING IS ALLOWED ON SITE.

<br />1. PRIOR TO INITIAL GRADING, THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE TO MAKE SURE ALL REQUIRED
<br />PERMITS AND APPROVALS HAVE BEEN OBTAINED,
<br />2. ABSOLUTELY NO CONSTRUCTION, GRADING, OR FABRICATION SHALL BEGIN UNTIL:
<br />A. THE CONTRACTOR HAS RECEIVED AND THOROUGHLY REVIEWED ALL PLANS
<br />AND OTHER DOCUMENTS APPROVED BY ALL OF THE PERMITTING AUTHORITIES -
<br />B. ALL NECESSARY BMP'S ARE INSTALLED.

<br />START OF CONSTRUCTION.
<br />4. ROCK CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCES (PER THE STANDARD DETAIL PLATE) MUST BE

<br />5. TEMPORARY SEDIMENT POND(S) MUST BE ESTABLISHED IN INITIAL PHASE IN ORDER
<br />TO CAPTURE RUNOFF DURING GRADING OF THE CONSTRUCTION SITE.
<br />6. ALL IMPROVEMENTS TO CONFORM TO CITY AND COUNTY'S LATEST STANDARDS
<br />SPECIFICATION.
<br />7. TOPSOIL MUST BE STRIPPED PRIOR TO ANY CONSTRUCTION. REUSE STOCKPILE ON SITE.
<br />8, IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING GRADING OF (3:1 OR GREATER) SIDE SLOPES AND DRAINAGE
<br />SWALES, WOOD FIBER BLANKET OR OTHER APPROVED SOIL STABILIZING METHOD
<br />(APPROVED BY ENGINEER) MUST BE APPLIED OVER SEED MIXTURE WITH A MINIMUM OF
<br />4" TOPSOIL -
<br />9. ALL FINISHED GRADES MUST SLOPE AWAY FROM PROPOSED BUILDINGS AT MINIMUM
<br />GRADE OF 2,0%.
