.4 0.4,. <br /> 0 0 <br /> .A: CITY of ORONO <br /> "� 1 ,�� i�, ,+ G~ RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> .<4 ��` , P,44, NO. 5 7 <br /> A RESOLUTION <br /> GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> FOR EXPANSION OF DECK AT <br /> WAYZATA COUNTRY CLUB <br /> PER SECTION 78-418(1) <br /> FILE NO. 08-3387 <br /> WHEREAS, Wayzata Country Club, Inc., a Minnesota non-profit <br /> corporation (hereinafter "the Owner") is the owner of the properties generally located at 200 <br /> Wayzata Boulevard West, within the City of Orono (hereinafter the "City"), and legally <br /> described on attached Exhibit A (hereinafter "the Property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, Jeffery Kreafle has made application on behalf of the Owner to <br /> the City of Orono for approval of a conditional use permit to allow expansion of the deck on <br /> the main building on the Property; and <br /> WHEREAS, after due published notice and mailed notice in accordance with <br /> Minnesota Statutes and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono Planning <br /> Commission held a public hearing on November 17, 2008, at which time all persons desiring <br /> to be heard concerning this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File#08-3387. <br /> 2. The Planning Commission reviewed this application on November 17, 2008 <br /> and on a vote of 7 - 0 recommended approval of the conditional use permit. <br /> 4. The City Council has considered this application including the findings and <br /> recommendations of the Planning Commission, reports by City staff, <br /> comments by the owners and the public, and the effect of the proposed <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
