<br />A tract of land comprised of a part of Lot 10 and part of the
<br />accretions of Lots 9 and 10 all in Rearrangement of Orono Point,
<br />which land is particularly described as beginning at a point on
<br />the North line of Government Lot 3, Section 11, Township 117,
<br />Range 23, distant 431.8 feet East of the West Quarter corner of
<br />said Section 11; thence East along said North line to its
<br />intersection with the extension of the westerly line of Lot 3
<br />in Rearrangement of Orono Point; thence southeasterly along the
<br />extension of the westerly line of said Lot 3 to an intersection
<br />with a line drawn parallel to and 20 feet westerly at right angles
<br />from the westerly line of Lot 1 in Rearrangement of Orono Point;
