� <br /> MINUTES OF THE <br /> ORONO CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br /> Monday, March 10,2014 <br /> 6:00 p.m. <br /> Present: Mayor Lili McMillan, Council Members Lizz Levang and Aaron Printup; representing Staff <br /> were City Administrator Jessica Loftus, Police Chief Correy Farniok, and Finance Director Ron <br /> Olson. <br /> Steve Kleineman from SKD Architects presented information on the police garage and addition project. <br /> Discussion ensued regarding the site plan and cost options. Finance Director Ron Olson presented <br /> information on CIP Funding and bonding. Councilmember's discussed the projects in the CIP from 2014 <br /> to 2016.
