� <br /> MINUTES OF THE <br /> ORONO CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br /> Monday, October 22, 2012 <br /> 5:30 p.m. <br /> Present: Mayor Lili McMillan, Council Members Cynthia Bremer, Doug Franchot and Aaron Printup; <br /> representing Staff were Assistant City Administrator for Long Term Strategy Mike Gaffron, <br /> Finance Director Ron Olson, Police Chief Correy Farniok, Public Works Director/City Engineer <br /> Jesse Struve, Bolton & Menk Engineer David Martini, and City Clerk Lin Vee <br /> Council discussed the proposed changes to the 2013 Enterprise Fund Budgets and fee schedule as <br /> presented by Finance Director Olson, including sewer, water, stormwater utility and recycling rates. <br /> Council suggested further review of the Enterprise Fund Budgets at the November 13th Council meeting. <br /> Public Works Director/City Engineer Jesse Struve led the discussion of the initial draft of the Capital <br /> Improvement Plan (CIP) that was created by Bolton & Menk with the assistance of city staff and existing <br /> planning documents. Revisions will be made and brought back to Council for further discussion. <br /> Assistant City Administrator Gaffron provided a brief update on the Miller property on Willow Drive. <br /> Council directed staff not to pursue purchase or development options of the property at this time. <br /> Due to a lack of time, a tour of the Police Department facilities was postponed to a later date. <br /> There were no comments regarding Information Update items. <br /> The meeting closed at 6:55 p.m. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> ., <br /> ��-�-�' ���� �:�..��- �-�'�,l�, <br /> Linda S.
