0 <br /> MINUTES OF THE <br /> ORONO CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br /> Monday,August 27,2012 <br /> 5:30 p.m. <br /> Present: Mayor Lili McMillan, Council Members Cynthia Bremer, Doug Franchot,Aaron Printup and <br /> Dave Rahn; representing Staff were City Administrator Jessica Loftus, Finance Director Ron <br /> Olson and City Clerk Lin Vee <br /> Finance Director Ron Olson outlined updates to the proposed 2013 general fund budget that was <br /> presented to the Council at their July 20`h work session. Council provided direction on several budget <br /> decisions to be included in the preliminary budget and tax levy that will be on the September 10tn <br /> Council agenda for approval. <br /> Assistant City Administrator Mike Gaffron and Planning &Zoning Coordinator Melanie Curtis provided <br /> information comparing MnDNR hardcover standards to Orono hardcover standards.
