� <br /> MINUTES OF THE <br /> ORONO CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br /> Monday,August 8, 2011 <br /> 6:00 p.m. <br /> Present: Mayor Lili McMillan, Council Members Doug Franchot,Aaron Printup, and Dave Rahn. <br /> Representing Staff were City Administrator Jessica Loftus, Finance Director Ron Olson and <br /> City Clerk Lin Vee <br /> Finance Director Ron Olson reviewed potential revenue sources and expenditures for 2012, including <br /> expected increases and decreases. Council discussed the impact of increasing and decreasing both <br /> revenues and expenditures, as well as the tax levy required to fund the proposed budget. <br /> Olson noted that the preliminary budget and tax levy must be adopted by September 15, 2011 and the <br /> final budget and tax levy will be adopted at the December 12th meeting.
