Permit Application 93-179 received October 7, 1993. <br /> 2. Revised drainage calculations received December 3, 1993. <br /> 3. Pond outlet design received December 3, 1993. <br /> 4. Wetland delineation report received December 3, 1993. <br /> 5. Wetland delineation data sheets received December 13, 1993. <br /> 6. Revised preliminary plat and grading plan received December 13, 1993. <br /> 7. Analysis of downstream capacity received March 15, 1994. <br /> 8. Emergency overflow detail received May 13, 1994. <br /> Action was taken approving your permit application pending receipt of Rule J fees <br /> in the amount of $569.50. <br /> Please note that due to size and complexity of certain projects, the Board requires <br /> that site inspections be conducted. In these cases, the applicant is required to <br /> pay to the District a fee equal to the actual costs of field inspection of the <br /> work, including investigation of the area affected by the work, analysis of the <br /> work, and any subsequent monitoring of zhe work.
