' ', _ . .. ._ ' <br /> '�. 1 <br /> � - <br /> � O� ` <br /> O Q CITY of ORONO <br /> • :_��,. <br /> ° ��"� RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � � . l ,;3 <br /> �" NO. � � � � <br /> �, , �� ti <br /> ti � <br /> ��9�, Og�G <br /> ESI; <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELII��TARY <br /> APPROVAL OF A CLASS III SUBDIVISION <br /> FOR A PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br /> 2590 WATERTOWN ROAD <br /> - FILE NO. 1862 <br /> WHEREAS, Three Star Trucking, on August 27, 1993, filed a formal subdivision <br /> application with the City for approval of an eight lot residential plat of properry legally described <br /> as: <br /> The West 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 33, Township 118 <br /> North, Range 23 VJest of the Fifth Principal Meridian, also that part of said Southeast <br /> 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 which lies East of the West 1/4 of said Southeast 1/4 of the <br /> Southeast 1/4, and which lies West of the East 20��acres—of-�said Southeast 1/4 of the <br /> • Southeast 1/4, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter "the property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, after due published and mailed notice in accordance with Minnesota <br /> Statutes 462.358 et. seq. and the City of Orono's Zoning and Subdivision Codes, the Orono <br /> Planning Commission held a public hearing on September 20, 1993, at which time all persons <br /> desiring to be heard concerning this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon; and <br /> WHEREAS, at their regular meeting held on February 14, 1994, the Orono City <br /> Council considered the subdivision application of Three Star Trucking, noting the following <br /> fmdings of fact: <br /> 1. The property is located within the RR-1B Single Family Rural Residential Zoning <br /> District requiring a minunum of two acres of contiguous dry buildable land within <br /> each newly created lot. <br /> 2. The property contains a total of approximately 19+ acres, with .89 acres of wet <br /> area. <br /> �,� 3.
