Legal description: Section 4, <br /> Township 117N, Range 23W. The boundary/type approval was requested in conjunction with <br /> a plan to replat the two parcels to transfer ownership of the wetland ("pond"). <br /> A wetland delineation was conducted by Svoboda Ecological Resources on September 2 and <br /> 16, 2015. A complete delineation report and WCA application were submitted to MCWD on <br /> September 23,2015. One wetland was delineated on site and identified as a Type 1, <br /> seasonally-flooded forested basin. <br /> MCWD reviewed the boundaries in the field on 10/19/15.MCWD was in agreement with the <br /> boundaries of the wetlands on site but determined that the wetland is best classified as a mixed Type 1, <br /> seasonally-flooded forested wetland and a Type 5,shallow open water wetland. <br /> MCWD approves the wetland boundaries and types as delineated in the field and documented in this <br /> notice.This decision is valid for five years.
