TrIINUT.ES OF A REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COTS- 4tIISSION, VILLAGE OF ORONO <br />JULY 209 1964 <br />Chairman. D. J. Russell called the meeting to order at 7:40 P.N. <br />Regular members present were Wm. A. Curry, H. S. Rice, <br />D. W. Judkins and D. S. Cleveland; and ex- officio members <br />D. J. Boll and K. Turnham. <br />SUBDIVISION - G. 47. FIDE /FAZENDIN <br />Mr. Fazendin requested approval of a subdivision of the <br />G. W. Bide property (Govt. Lot 12) on the North Ferndale Road. <br />Since the plans conform to existing ordinances, Cleveland <br />moved to recommend approval. The motion was seconded by <br />Judkins and carried. <br />SUBDIVISION - RICHARD CLEVELAND <br />Mr. Richard Cleveland requested approval of the subdivision of <br />his property situated off Lyman Avenue, south of railroad <br />tracks (SW of SE � See. 35,T.118, R. 23). A committee, <br />having viewed the property, reported favorably. Russell moved <br />to recommend approval. The motion was seconded by Rice and <br />carried. <br />ZONING STUDY <br />A) Having been distributed to members of the Commission prior <br />to this meeting, a rough draft of an "Institutional District" <br />was discussed and minor changes made. Judkins then moved for <br />approval of the draft. Curry seconded the motion and it was <br />passed. <br />B) A discussion of Commercial and Industrial Districts <br />followed. Chairman Russell volunteered to compile rough drafts <br />of these categories for distribution and study. <br />There being; no further business, the meeting was adjourned. <br />S. B.
