Any items may be <br /> removed by any Planning Commission Member, staff member or person from the pubiic for separate <br /> consideration. If you wish to remove any item from the Consent Agenda, please state the item number and <br /> description of the item. <br /> Applicants will be asked to move to the podium to answer questions after staff presents the application. <br /> The Planning Commission is an advisory body to the City Council.
