To follow-up on our telephone conversation,your property 670 Tonkawa Road is located in the 1_11-113 zoning district which requires 10 foot side yard setbacks and 30 feet setback from' the rear property line. The rear of this property is Tonkawa Road. The front(lake) setback will be based on the average lakeshore setback(click here to be linked to City Code Section 78-1279). As we discussed the average lakeshore setback line depicted on the survey dated 12-3-12 appears to be incorrect. Other items discussed: • Hardcover Information Packet • Structural Coverage • City Code Section 18-136 pertaining to Residential driveways, approaches and turnaround. As I mentioned I am currently updating the Variance Application Packet. Attached is a variance application,which has the 2013 Application Deadlines in it.
