The survey has been approved, please <br /> note the engineers comments below: <br /> 1. The site plan still does not depict the sanitary sewer line. (Note: It was red lined on the last set of <br /> plans). See green line on image below. Any earth disturbing activities within its vicinity must be coordinated <br /> with Orono's Public Works Department to ensure adequate cover(minimum of 8 ft.) is retained above the pipe. <br /> 2. The planned retaining wall on the south side of the home is depicted at 3.9 feet tall. If this wall ends up being <br /> greater than 4' in height, it must be designed by a licensed professional, and plans must be submitted to the City <br /> for review prior to construction. <br /> Please have the current site copy of the survey brought to the City Offices and exchange it for the new site copy dated 8- <br /> 11-16.
