If your topic is not <br />on the agenda, you may speak during the Public Comments section. <br />Roll Call <br />Pledge of Allegiance <br />Approval of Agenda <br />1. Consent Agenda — Consent agenda items are considered to be routine items to be enacted upon by <br />one motion by the City Council under this section of the agenda. Items on the Consent Agenda <br />are reviewed in total by the City Council and may be approved through one motion with no <br />further discussion by the Council. Any item may be removed by any Council Member, staff <br />member or person from the public for separate consideration. The City Council may add agenda <br />items to be considered as part of the Consent motion. If you wish to remove any item from the <br />Consent Agenda, please state the item number and description of the item.
