We later discovered that the survey may not have included all of your property. <br /> We expect that a surveyor will "exercise reasonable care in doing record research" as called for in the <br /> surveyor's manual "Recommended Procedures for the Practice of Land Surveying". In this case a <br /> simple phone call to the Hennepin County Office of Property Description would have provided the <br /> following Abstract Legal Description: <br /> Lots 6-10 inclusive including adjoining 1/2 of vacated street, Block 2, Bergquist and Wicklund's <br /> Park, Hennepin County, MN. <br /> The survey included in your permit application does not match this description. We therefore have <br /> requested that Sathre-Bergquist prcvide us with a corrected "boundary survey" that shows the entire <br /> parcel. Mr. Bergquist has refused to do this without being paid again. The City is left in the <br /> uncomfortable position of requiring you to supply an accurate survey of your property at 4765 <br /> Tonkaview Lane. <br /> Please contact me to discuss a deadline date or if you have any questions. <br /> Sin erely, / 11,11 <br /> Bruce L.
