You <br /> met with the zoning staff to discuss options for permanent placement of the garage. However the <br /> issue seems to have been dropped. This letter is to remind you that this is still an issue that must <br /> be resolved. Since the garage is in an illegal location and no building permit application has <br /> been submitted, the City must require you to move forward. Your options are to remove the <br /> building from the property or to seek City approval of a suitable location. A deadline of <br /> February 17, 2004 has been established for removal or application submittal. If this deadline is <br /> not met the City will be forced to take legal action.
