Koubsky <br /> 4751 Tonkaview Court <br /> Orono, MN 55364 <br /> RE: ILLEGAL SHED IN RIGHT-OF-WAY <br /> Dear Mr. and Mrs. Koubsky, <br /> It has come to the City's attention that your shed, located in the right-of-way, has not yet <br /> been moved to the location indicated on the attached plan as approved by staff in <br /> September of 2003. As discussed in September, the reconstruction of that shed required <br /> it to be moved to a conforming location. <br /> Rather than requiring the removal or relocation of the shed immediately, staff agreed to <br /> work with you and allow the relocation to take place after the ground froze to avoid <br /> damaging your yard. It is now spring and, to date, the shed remains in the right-of-way. <br /> Therefore, you must remove the shed or relocate it to the location shown on the attached <br /> plan immediately.
