ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />MINUTES FOR JULY 10, 1995 <br />• ROLL <br />The Council met on the above date with the following members present: Mayor Edward <br />Callahan, Jr., Council Members J. Diann Goetten, Gabriel Jabbour, Charles Kelley, and <br />JoEllen Hurr, who arrived at 8:10 p.m. Representing Staff were City Administrator Ron <br />Moorse, City Attorney Tom Barrett, Building and Zoning Administrator Jeanne Mabusth, <br />Assistant Planning and Zoning Administrator Michael Gaffron, City Engineer Glenn <br />Cook, Public Works Director John Gerhardson, who arrived at 7 :30 p.m., and Recorder <br />Sherry Frost. Mayor Callahan called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />( * #1) CONSENT AGENDA <br />Items #4, 5, 10,- 11, 12, 14, 15, 17, 18, and 19 were added to the Consent Agenda. <br />Jabbour moved, Goetten seconded, to approve the Consent Agenda as amended. Ayes 4, <br />Nays 0. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />( * #2) REGULAR MEETING OF JUNE 26, 1995 <br />Jabbour moved, Goetten seconded, to approve the Minutes of the Regular City Council <br />Meeting of June 26, 1995, Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />• PARK COMMISSION COMMENTS <br />Susan Wilson had no comments. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION COMMENTS <br />Sandra Smith had no comments. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />There were no public comments. <br />ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br />( #3) #2005 SAILORS WORLD MARINA AND BOAT CLUB, 1955 SHORELINE <br />DRIVE - CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />Mr. DeSantis was present. <br />• <br />1 <br />
